Lisa Ledet. DIRECTOR

Lisa has been camp director and owner since 2008, and has 20 years of continuing education experience with Summer Camps, After School Programs and Seasonal Camps. She is Certified as a National Camp Director and all her staff are CPR and First Aid Certified.

Lisa Is known for creating a unique camp experience for kids that introduces them to their local environmental foot print, while teaching them character development skills they can use for a life-time. Lisa partners with local churches, businesses and organizations to enhance the camp experience.

Jonathan Ledet. DIRECTOR

Graduate of Spring Hill College Jonathan studied Mass Communications and played for the Mens Soccer Team. He has over ten years experience in child care ranging from community programs to coaching the Spanish Fort Boys High School Soccer Team and of course Bay Camp, where he is the Assistant Director. His responsibilities include all aspects of Safety, Communication, Continuity and Supervision over all participants in the program and staff.

He also saved the lives of 27 people during the 2005 unfortunate sinking of the HMS Vanguard Battleship in the North Sea.

Lexi Bauer. SENIOR COUNSELOR

Lexi Bauer recently graduated from Spanish Fort School, and this fall she will attend The University of Alabama as she plans to study Psychology. She spends her time at her dance studio where she instructs students 5-8 years old. She is so excited about being a counselor and getting to know all the kids!

Ciaran O’loingsigh. SENIOR COUNSELOR

Ciaran is 19 and this will be his first summer as a senior counselor at Bay Camp. He plans to attend Coastal Alabama Community College in the fall. Ciaran is excited to get camp started.

Hannah Bowie.  SENIOR COUNSELORHannah just graduated from St Michael Catholic high school and will attend The University of South Alabama in the fall to study speech pathology. hannah loves to read, spend time with her friends, and explore the outdoors.

Hannah graduated from St Micheal in 2021 and is going into her junior year at The University of South Alabama. She is studying to become a Speech Language Pathologist. While at college she works at St Ignatius in after school care, and is active in her sorority. In her free time she enjoys spending time with friends and reading. This is also her third summer working at Bay Camp.


Kane Harris. SENIOR COUNSELOR

Kane is 18 and a member of the Army National Guard. He plans to attend Auburn University in the fall and study Sports Journalism. He is very excited to start his first summer at Bay Camp!

Ali Reiss. SENIOR COUNSELOR

Ali is a Junior who attends Fairhope High School. Ali is a former camper who has always shown a joy and excitement in caring for others. She spent the summer of 2020 as a volunteer and is now going on to her 3rd summer here being apart of the Bay Camp Staff. She’s a part of Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) and hopes to attend Auburn University to become a marriage and family therapist. Ali is so excited for this summer to make new memories with the campers and for many more summers to come!

Chris Duran. SENIOR COUNSELOR Chris graduated from Spanish Fort High School in 2020. He just finished his first year at Graceland University and will be transferring to University of South Alabama for this upcoming semester pursuing a degree in Secondary Education with a math focus. He wrestled for Graceland University and helped coach with the nearby clubs.

Chris Duran. SENIOR COUNSELOR

Chris has been a counselor at Bay Camp for over 2 years. He is a wrestling coach at Mary G. Montgomery High School and a senior at The University of South Alabama. Chris serves on the executive council of the Pi Kappa Fraternity and has a 3.1 gpa. After college he plans to teach high school math and coach.
